Massive task for BLACK FALCON: Four racing events in one weekend
8 cars, 4 series, 3 race tracks and 3 countries. The sheer numbers alone make it clear that the team from Meuspath has a truly monumental task on its hands this weekend in July.
At their home race on the Nürburgring-Nordschleife as part of the NLS double-header, BLACK FALCON Team IDENTICA Juniors Noah Nagelsdiek, Florian Naumann and Hendrik von Danwitz will once again be reaching for the title of "Best non-GT3" and a place among the top 15 overall at both races in their SPPRO-class Porsche 911 GT3 Cup MR (#350). Under the BLACK FALCON Team TEXTAR bid, three cars are on the grid for Saturday's fifth NLS round. The Porsche 911 GT3 Cup MR (#57) starts in class SP7 and is driven by the two fast Dutchmen Paul Harkema and Niels Langeveld. The TEXTAR-colored Porsche Cayman GT4 (#950) with "Iceman" and Martin Meenen in the CUP3 class will compete in both races on Saturday and Sunday. This weekends's NLS line-up is completed by the SP8T series winner, the Mercedes-AMG GT4 with the starting number 140. On both days Mustafa Mehmet Kaya, Mike Stursberg and Ersin Yücesan from the regular line-up will be in action. For the race on Saturday, the trio will receive additional support from Stephan Rösler.
At Zandvoort in the Netherlands, the flags of the BLACK FALCON Team TEXTAR will be held high in 2 series during the ADAC GT Masters this race weekend. In the Porsche Carrera Cup Deutschland Loek Hartog (#4) and Carlos Rivas (#6) will fight for championship points with their Porsche 992 GT3 Cup. The young and talented Dutchman Loek Hartog travels to his home race on the North Sea coast as the leader in the rookie classification. Luxembourg's Carlos Rivas, who will be competing in the eye-catching comic livery popular with spectators and media alike, is comfortably leading the ProAm standings after seven wins from eight races. Also at Zandvoort, the ADAC GT4 Germany is holding its third race weekend. The two regular drivers Axel Sartingen and Daniel Schwerfeld will share the TEXTAR Porsche Cayman GT4 (#33) in Rounds 5 and 6 at Zandvoort. The duo is currently in second place in the Trophy standings.
The BLACK FALCON line-up for the first weekend in July will be completed by Maik Rosenberg and Donar Munding. The two LMP3 drivers will start the third round of the Michelin Le Mans Cup at the "Temple of Speed" in Monza with the Ligier JS P320 (#12).
